Deverstating and worried

So I went to a 40th birthday party yesterday feeling absolutely fine not tired a little morning sickness but that's normal I had the normal side effects of being pregnant until this morning, I woke up to a little brown on my knickers so I go to the toilet to check! Well all I saw was blood bright red blood shock and heartbreak all over again. Last year in July I had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks. So I ran the NHS help line and all they said is to wait till Tuesday for a scan am I shock! My partners furious as they have left me to bleed but it's not bad it hasn't went into the pad just when I wipe there's some bright red blood and now and again tiny little black dot I have no clue what's going on!
