Miso pill and clots/bleeding

At what point should I be concerned? I took the pills 10 days ago and today I've been passing golf ball sized clots. The bleeding is so heavy I'm literally wearing a pull-up because I'm at work and a pad isn't enough. I soaked through a menstrul cup, pad, underwear, and saturated my sweat pants in about a three hour period early this morning. Also I'm having pretty bad cramping in my uterine area and lower back along with nausea. I've taken these pills 4 other times and it's never been this bad this long. Any one know if this could be normal?
