I just saw myself on screen and I look fat. My arms are flabby and My thighs are fat. I weigh 150 and I'm only 5'1. I hate when I want to wear something and I can't because of back fat or rolly stomach. Yuck. I wanna be able to wear what I want and LOOK GOOD in it. Good to my standards of course. I'm not as active as I used to be when I was 120. After pregnancy, life and metabolism slowed down. I can be good losing 20 lbs or at least close to it by my next performance which is 2 months from now. What's some ways you stay motivated while exercising? How do you mentally push through to continue? I'd love to hear different ideas about getting in the exercise groove and staying there.
