4 month old sleep

My daughter is 4 months old and will not nap during the day even though she is exhausted. She will take a 30 min nap at at the most. I'd love for her to take an hour to two hour nap during the day because I know she needs it but she just won't! I've tried white noise, black out shades and swaddling. She is also waking up a lot more at night time when a few weeks ago she just started sleeping more. It's been exhausting having a baby who won't nap and sleep good. Any one have any suggestions on how to get her to nap?
