Spotting at 39 weeks pregnant

When i woke up to use the bathroom, I wiped at I had some pink spotting, it was just one spot and was kinda watery. I noticed a spot on my underwear about 10 minutes later it was also pink. It stopped after maybe an hour I went to the bathroom again, when I wiped this time I had 3 deep red spots/specks on the toliet paper but nothing after that. And it was real blood not with discharge. I'm 39 weeks and 2 days. I did have sex but it was last night. I'm having some cramps but nothing crazy strong.
