Weight.
I've been drinking more water and only limit myself to one pop per day. I watch how much I eat and what I eat. I do 5 minutes of lunges and 5 minutes of ab workouts. I try to put in at least 20 minutes per day. I weight myself each morning and it seems like I'm still around my weight. I wanna get to 120 my pre pregnancy weight. I weight around 164-165. I wanna lose 30-40 pounds by summer. Any tips? Please? I feel like I'm losing weight but it doesn't show up on the scale.
