Got stood up !

Alright me and this guy like each other , so he asked me out to hangout after school today. Earlier in the day he told me he had work but had time to hang out a bit before heading out to work which he told me . But by the time it came down to it I was waiting at the location he told me himself to stand so we could go eat downtown but he never came. I haven't heard from till then . I understand that he works but at least he could of just told me he couldn't hangout today instead of having me waiting around looking like a fool.
