I feel like death

32+3, I couldn't sleep all night because no matter how I slept, left side right side back pillow between my legs or under my back, my baby has stayed in my ribs and they feel bruised. I hurt so bad and I just want relief to sleep :( she gets in my ribs and I've woken up panting cause it was hard to breathe. Now this? I just want sleep 😭 I go to the doctor tomorrow but I need help ASAP
