IUI questions

I am going in for an IUI today and just Wondering if others have had any luck with it. My husband's counts and stats are amazing. So it kinda falls on me. I have pcos and am over weight. I have lost 20lbs since December but still have 20 to go. I have many medical problems , and just want to know if I should keep hope or not. Anything helps.
