Do you pee when giving birth?

While pregnant I tend to pee like 300 times a day. Sometimes when I have a hard cough or sneeze pee leaks out🙄 So now I have this feeling that I'm going to accidentally pee when giving birth. Does that happen??

I pooped when I had my first daughter my sister peed straight across the room when she had her son the doctor had to dodge her pee lol

If you have an epidural, they use a catheter and empty your bladder and remove it close to pushing. Not sure about all natural labor though.

It probably will happen. But you likely won't know or care. You will be so focused on delivering your baby safe and sound. The Dr and nurses are professionals and used to it, they won't care either.

If you have an epidural than you'll have a catheter in so you won't know if your uriniating or not. However that won't stop you from having to poop. It's seriously no big deal, I did it and my awesome nurse would clean me right up without saying a word. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole birthing process.
