Could you please help I need advice. Any advice

Hi all, this is a bit of a strange one.. I'm 7 days late for period, got a positive on digital and clear blue plus, but I did a cheapy one this morning to see if my levels are rising and it showed so faint I could hardly see it, now that's a cheapy test. Apparently more sensitive than clear blues 25mIU sensitivity. So what is the deal!? Also.. this is serious and I need advice over this.. I started bleeding yesterday (the day I got my positive) and still bleeding a bit today too. Now people have said implantation bleeding? But this blood is very scant, I don't have a lot of it and it's only when I wipe, but this blood is red. Like when you have a very super light period..I also have a small lump on my cervix that's been there days and cervix feels rather medium open. Surely it shouldn't do! . should I go to hospital or is it stupid because I'm so soon. I have zero friends to ask about this so please if you have a spare minute, talk to me. Share your experience on implantation bleeding. Thankyou so much for taking the time to read this.
