6 Days Late

So I was supposed to have AF on 3-31 and so far nothing. I tested this morning and BFN 🙁🙁🙁 Guess I'm going to have to call my Dr today and figure out next steps. I'm kind of not surprised AF didn't arrive bc I rarely have natural periods. This would have been #3 in a row, had she made her appearance. Had to initiate the first one with prometrium, 2nd one came on own and now this. Starting to feel like such a failure.
