8dpo. Is this a good sign?

Hey ladies. I'm 8/9 dpo. Today I was just sitting there and all of a sudden got like a very sharp intense cramp in my breast. Like it was super intense for like a good minute. My boobs have been sore off and on but have never felt an intense cramp/pain like that before. It was on the side? Anyone get this and a BFP? Also having some pelvic pain. Back and forth but mostly in right side and wraps into back and down leg? Anyone? Please!! And thanks!!!
