Erg. Opinions please

So I'm cd 12 and since yesterday I've had snot, jelly like clear cm. A good amount all in my underwear. But my cervix isn't high or soft and no positive opk (like maybe close to pos but not pos). This is my first cycle using femara. Would I consider this fertile cm? It can stretch some. I just don't want to miss my chance. It's all gooey around my cervix. The neg opks and cervix position is throwing me off. Glow says tomorrow is my most fertile day.
