Tomorrow is my nt scan I'm nervous

I have been anxious all week. Tomorrow I will be 12 weeks haven't seen the baby since my 8 week check up. I have the NT SCAN tom and I am so nervous. After two misscariages and losing my son at 7 months I can't help but freak out and prepare myself for the worst. My BF is upset at me because he's excited about tomorrow and said I'm being. Negative im not being negative just cautious. Anyone else feel like this????
