Take a unisom and b6 at night and in morning. Start with half unisom at night and a quarter in the morning tho Bc it makes you sleepy ! This was my savior

Cold crisp apples has been my go to nausea food. 
Hard drop candy is also good..
Cold water melon and cold pineapple.
It helps me to eat something when I'm nauseous, but cold fruit is almost the only thing that helps.

Try acupuncture. I'd never done it before. But I was desperate. I
Walked out of the 40 min session in heaven finally able to go to the grocery store without getting sick from the thought of consuming food. It was a miracle. It passed after a few days and then I went again a few times, I would say it's significantly improved it, but not completely eliminated it. I'm very happy though.

I've found the pressure bands helps a little. I ended up with meds as I nearly had hospital admission to be dripped. The only thing that truely helps me is sleep. Good luck

Taking ginger root pills is pure ginger in a capsule form and it made a night and day difference for me! Definitely worth trying and can be bought from the vitamin aisle at a grocery store for under $10

This is me. Nothing helps me but my medicine. I can't even drink water without throwing up. There is one think that helped. I don't know why cause it's odd but it helped me. Try a slice or two or kiwi. 😕 it honestly sounds awful. But I felt so much better. And they're super cheap.
