insights on fertility cleanse?
Has anybody ever tried doing a fertility cleanse to try to conceive/just bc and got positive benefits from it? Got a fertility cleanse kit and I'm anxious to use it but I have to wait till my period first.
I've been trying to conceive for a year and my boyfriend and I have succeeded, but resulted in an ectopic. So I've been doing a lot of research on vitamins/ cleanses.
Just really interested to see of any one else has tried it?
