True Love?? Does it exist?

Question

So I always hear how people are falling in love and how some people do stupid stuff for love but I've never been in love and sometimes wonder if it's just a myth how do you know you want to spend the rest of your life with that one person how do you know that one person is the right person? Please try to describe it I know a lot of people will reply "you will just know" .  I'm just curious.

You just know is the most sincere answer. I met my husband and within a few weeks of us dating I looked at him and couldn't imagine ever seeing anyone else like I see him. I'd have his hand in mine and feel like no one had ever felt so right before. Hed talk and his voice would make me feel like my heart was going to soar out of my chest. It's all very cliche, but it's just this indescribable emotion that overtakes your heart.

Yes it exists. I used to say "well how do you know?". I totally get it now. Just cuz you love him? Nope. Just cuz this or that? Nope. When you find a man that loves you like your family! When you love that man like you love your family. When he's your best friend and you can tell him EVERYTHING. When you want to know everything about him. When you would literally give your life for that person. It is true. You will know.

For me it's the total sense of security and just a feeling of perfect belonging. Like I found a half of me that was missing.

I know that he is my soulmate. Before we met, I made fun of ppl who claimed such things. To me, it's real.

It exists and is super awesome but if it's a healthy relationship you don't "lose" yourself in the sense that you have no control over your rational thinking skills. Love is incredibly rewarding but getting too caught up in it will do more harm then good! If you fail to maintain a level head it might not be the right relationship, you might be in the relationship for the wrong reasons or the relationship with yourself might need to adjusting :)

I believe it does. I asked those same questions before i got married, i even asked my mom how could she look at the same man everyday for 30+ years of her life. The best way to explain it...i just dont want anyone else. Everything i envision for my future, included him in it. Its more than a physical connection, it emotional and spiritual too...it runs deep lol. And sometimes u dont "just know"....

It exists and you will know because it will feel right. There will be something about that person that sweeps you off your feet and vice versa. You will be willing to go through the trenches for that person and vice versa. A lot of ppl fall in love with ppl because of the idea of being in love, but when it's real, you can feel it.

It sure does exist! ! For me it is so many things, my Husband is the coolest person I've ever met, and I want to see him every day, fall asleep next to him every night, the thought of him not being here breaks my heart. He is also the best fayher my children could ask for, just watching him with them makes me happy. 
I never want to be without him and that's how I know.
