being raped and sex?!

Hi guys, so I'm 14 years old. but everybody thinks I'm 17 because of how mature I look and act! I'll be 15 in three months, and I have a one year old who will be two in October. I was raped..in which is what led me to get pregnant and have my child. obviously.... and now I currently have a boyfriend, he's 15 and will be sixteen in three months too, and we wanna have sex, and I feel like I'm ready to have sex but also still kinda scared.. do you guys think I should go for it or keep waiting?
