Stabbing, throbbing pain in boobs. Tmi?

My boobs usually hurt off and on all the time. Im 19 and they've been hurting since I hit puberty. But these pains in my right Boob arent normal and it feels like a stabbing throbbing pain, past my Breast and into my chest and kindof into my arm pit. I've felt around and there's no lumps, everything looks normal but it hurts to touch them. It hurts so bad:( I'm also like 60+ days late on my period. But that's also normal for me.
