Consultant Midwife
I don't know if this is the same in the US or not, but I'm in the UK and I've just got a letter in the post to see a consultant midwife...
Has anyone here seen one before? This is my first pregnancy and honestly I'm scared and not sure what to expect. The reason that I think they're making me see her is because I was raped at 15, which lead to a lot of depression and anxiety etc - and I think they're worried about how I'm going to cope with all of the internals and the labour itself.
Please can anymore give me any information on what she might say or talk about? 😔
