14 weeks & ugly stomach pains

Last night my husband and I got into an argument, I cried alot and was really angry making a lot of force with my abdomen. Today I woke up to make him lunch for work and had a really ugly pain in my stomach specially when I was standing up. My stomach feels super tight and it hurts less if I'm laying down, curled up. I'm 14 weeks with my first and don't want this to end in a miscarriage :(
