Miscarriage at first trimester
I am currently going through what I think to be a miscarriage & I have no idea what I am doing to be the most honest. I got my period a week and a half, almost two weeks late & at first it started out as a normal period, cramping on the first day & heavy to light period, but on what was supposed to have been my last day of my cycle, I started to bleed HEAVILY and this same day I got cramps & bigger than the "normal" period quarter-size blood clots. I have gotten BRIGHT red blood & dark red blood clots. I just want to know if anybody can relate! I just want to know if everything I am going through is normal and if I can do this without having to go through any medical help. I have reached out to a Women's clinic & all they could tell me was "to let it all run its course." But HOW do I deal with all the blood loss & the blood gushing down after I have been laying or sitting down for a long period of time.? The more time that passes by the sadder I get about the whole situation & the more helpless I feel.
