Otherkin, a real minority?

Otherkin are people who believe they are born in the wrong body, and instead should have been born in an animals body. Some otherkin identify with dogs, cats, birds, you name it. But there are also dragon otherkin and alien otherkin, who feel as though they were born on the wrong planet.

I couldn't make this up if i tried. I've seen on tumblr quite a bit that they feel as if they're a minority who aren't taken seriously and compare themselves to the trans community a lot. I wanna know how glow feels about it. Do you think it's real?
