Pregnant and spotting

I am 17 weeks pregnant I went pee a minute ago and when I wiped there was a little blood light pink I have been taking medicine to get rid of a Uti the I wiped a second twice and there was no more blood::((( has anyone went thru this please I need advice

I can still feel my baby moving is that a good sign
