Advice please

I had a miscarriage in January when I was 8wks 2dys, when I was pregnant I use to get chronic headaches and sickness, I also had frequent nose bleeds. I have had a constant chronic headache for the last 3 days which I can't budge at all, I've also been sick a few times and hard 2 nose bleeds in 4 days. My last AF was 21st March and my next one is due on 18th April. I have taken pregnancy test but all come back negative.
