Make up question!
I can't be the only one looking as bad as they feel. My usually perfectly clear skin is breaking out, dark circles under my eyes, ghostly pale etc. I'm curious about a great foundation that doesn't break the bank. As it's almost summer and I know I'll get some color and have to get more soon. Any tips? My usuals aren't cutting it.
