Spotting and worried

I'm 5 weeks and 5 days and I've been spotting on and off for a couple hours out the day the past few days. I have no pain and it's only a little bit of old looking blood and it's barely there when I wipe I've talked to some of my friends and they say it's normal in some pregnancies I have my first app with my ob Monday I'm nervous please give me some advise some reassurance or something 😞
