Hair changing w/age??

Hi ladies!! I turn 32 this year and have noticed my hair texture seems to be changing the last year! I always had curls/waves with lots of volume. Now I seem to be losing the curl aspect and going flat. 😢😭😱 I haven't had any kids so it's not post baby hormones. I just don't know what to do with the rats nest on my head anymore! Lol Please tell me I am not alone!!

Totally common! Actually, every 7 years you have an entirely brand new head of hair than you did 7 years ago. Each time a strand of hair falls out the follicle is stimulated to grow a new one, which could be any texture or diameter. It's really common for your hair texture,density, even color to change as you get older.

You're not along! I'm in the same boat. Trying to figure out this new 30's hair lol. It doesn't really curl anymore either & is always flat with i style it. It's a headache trying to get to know myself again.

The texture of mine hasn't really changed but the color has lol I have a lot of hidden white hair!!
