Labor and Delivery HELP

I called my ob because I have a severe headache, it's a migraine, my third one this pregnancyz. I'm 29.4 weeks.  My blood pressure is fine, but my ears are ringing and burning and my vision is dotty- I suffered from migraines before- the baby isn't as active as usual, but maybe bc she's getting bigger, I still feel her... My dr said to go to L&D? Should I go there for a headache, and does anyone know how the insurance bills that... Would it be considered an ER visit?  The headache is severe - I can't get out of bed. Any info is helpful info TIA!
