What should I do?

Ok so I was on day 2 of my period earlier this month and me and my bf had sex and he cumed inside of me and then the next day my period stopped. I have been really moody and super tired all time. I haven't taken any test bc I just don't know if I can handle another negative test we've been trying to get pregnant for a year now. What do you think I should do?
