Post Partum work outs
I suddenly realized that this is my last pregnancy and I want to seriously get fit afterward. DH and I plan to collectively lose close to 300 lbs through diet and exercise. What sort of stuff do you recommend? I plan on exclusively breastfeeding again. We've looked into insanity, crossfit, kettlebell...I will be having a c section as well. Any advice is appreciated!!!
