paranoid schizophrenia

I was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia over a year ago. I use drugs to try and cope with it now and I started that 6 months ago. yes it makes it so much worse and no I'm not addicted. addiction is about self control.. to me at least. but I'm on meth and doing pills very badly and idk what to do anymore.
