Wine?

What are your thoughts on drinking a glass of mascoto, red, white etc types wine while pregnant. I have read so many different things and at my appointment today my doctor said its fine to have a glass every once in awhile, but what are your thoughts?

I'm a pretty firm believer of no alcohol during pregnancy. If your baby consumes what you consume - it's just not worth it.

It's simply not worth it. 
I have taught students with FASD and the daily struggles they experience are heartbreaking and could be entirely avoided if their mothers hadn't drank.

I've had sips and half glasses here and there.  My doctor said it was fine to have a glass once in a while, and most pregnant friends enjoy a glass once in a while.  Your body processes a glass well.  It's just all in what you're comfortable with!  It's your body, your baby, so you have to decide what's best for you two :)

I've had sips here and there .. I'd be ok drink a glass but I've never had the urge to. I say you do what you think is best.

I am choosing not to drink any amount of alcohol  during pregnancy.  I am not cooking with it during pregnancy either.

I don't like to think about drinking during pregnancy. I cant stand the smell even!! I haven't and don't plan to. I know some women do and i don't judge them for it, but i think its best,to avoid.
