I took Benadryl...
I took a Tylenol sinus relief pill last night, then this morning I took Benadryl sinus pill. I read somewhere online that my child can form a cleft palate from taking those types of medications. Does anyone have severe allergies like I do? & if so what do you take? I'm terrified now to take anything, but without it I feel so crappy.
