Early spotting

AF due on 4/21, had spotting today which freaked me out bc im a bit hipocondriac. Im 34 and have 3 kids. Ive never had implantion bleeding and i have been regular since I was 9 yrs old. So imagine my worriness. No other symptoms other then soar boobs for about 2 wks already which is also new but didnt worry me. Any thoughts or anyone ever had this experience and came to find out it was an actual pregnancy? Why such an early period?
