Okay if my temperature stay elevated does that mean I'm pregnant or do it have to drop? Because mine has risen a few degrees. And so far AF hasn't showed. Which is odd because usually she'll show while I'm sleeping. But the day isn't over yet so I'm not going to get my hopes up. I just was wondering about my bbt.

Bbt only confirms ovulation. The only time bbt may Indicate (but not prove) pregnancy is if you have a triphasic shift, meaning that after your bbt ruses normally after ovulation, you see another sustained rise sometime around when implantation would be. Again, triphasic is just an indicator. Women can be pregnant without one, and some women see one without being pregnant, although chances are higher that you are pregnant if you do have a triphasic.
