Did/do you get tension headaches?

Did/do you have tension headaches during pregnancy? If so, what helped you?
I'm only 6wk6d and I have killer headaches. I stay hydrated and I'm resting most of the day, but I still get them every day 😒 almost all day 😢 help.....

My doctor prescribed me fioricet my first pregnancy . Best thing ever for headaches when your pregnant with headaches

My doc gave me a prescription if I needed it, but she also suggested a little caffeine which did help sometimes, which i usually tried before taking tylenol or the prescription. Ive heard an ice pack in the neck or forehead helps some people too

I go to my chiropractor  once a week! Helps tremendously. I also went throughout my whole first pregnancy and I had an amazing birth experience with no epidural and my daughter was 9lbs4oz! Keeping your body aligned is important!

I go to a chiropractor and also use ice packs on my neck and a good soak in the tub with the lights out.
