Cloth diapers vs disposable

This is the age old question. What are pros and cons to cloth diapers? Do they really save you that much money? I'm not environmentally friendly (for the most part) so I'm not really motivated by that. I'm more asking for time, practicality, and money reasons to get or not to get cloth diapers. Anyone have experience in this and can give me a bread down?
