Hi everyone, I'm 17 years of age I'm at college 9-4.30 5 days a week, I also work Tuesday, Wednesday 5-10, then Friday Saturday Sunday 12-8. At home I have a mother with a drinking problem who I have to look after and if I say anything that upsets her she threatens so harm herself. I'm so mentally and physically exhausted and this is causing many Health problems for me, I would like to know of anyone has advice on how I can handle things at home without getting upset and stressing myself out to the point where I'm basically scratching and picking the skin off my face and pulling my hair out 😥
