How can I win him back?

I was with this guy for 9 months and we broke up right before my birthday. We talked for a bit and then it just stopped and I messaged him asking where we were at and if he still loved me and he didn't give me a direct answer and it took him a week to reply. I messaged him yesterday and he hasnt replied yet and I don't think he will but in the text I included all our good times together and how I think we can fix it . But how can I win him back because I really love this guy!  Thank you :)
