2 periods in 1 month but on the pill

So I'm on the pill and I'm pretty good about taking it. And about 1.5 weeks ago my period finished and in my pill packet I have different coloured tablets for different weeks of the month. I had run out of new sheets after this period so I was taking random ones that were left on the old sheets. I was doing that for about 4 days and then bought a new packet. I started taking the ones that I normally would after a period.
