Have you experienced painful periods like this

Alright im breastfeeding I know that can make you irregular. this is my third time doing so, and I've never experienced anything like this.

I missed my period febuary. I didn't think much of it. Until late i got a really light period. With next to no cramps. My first thought was implantation bleed. Three pregnancy tests each a week apart, all negative. Two weeks after that "period" the same thing occurred but a little heavier. A little more painful. Two weeks later( yesterday) I'm soaking through tampons in 2 hours. The cramping is so painful in my adomen, back, even legs, I told my husband if I could I'd get an epidural right now. Oh and I'm frequently having dizzy spells and feel over all weak.

I'm going to make a call to my gyno and schedule an appointment once I'm no longer bleeding.... All I want to do is curl up in a ball cry and stuff my face with chocolate.
