Urgent advice please? 😢

In February I broke up with my boyfriend. About 3 weeks ago I went to the doctors for pains I had been getting in my ovaries and they did all the std tests to rule it out. To my surprise when I got my results 2 weeks ago chlamydia came back positive which means my boyfriend had cheated on me. I was treated there and then so the chlamydia has gone now. But now I'm so worried because I don't know how long I had the chlamydia and I'm scared it has affected my fertility as I read it can block up your fallopian tubes. I went back to the doctors yesterday because the pains I was getting are much worse so they will be giving me an external scan soon so if my ovaries turn out to be fine my concern will then be my fallopian tubes. Has anyone ever had chlamydia and got pregnant with no problem afterwards? If so how long did you have it? And does blocked fallopian tubes show up on scans too? 😩
