Broken condom

Had sex. Condom had a break, he pulled out before he came but there is still pre cum. I took the morning after pill 2 hours after having sex. but I keep getting like a discharge but it's just like water. What does this mean? It's happened before but when I wasn't sexually active and I'm not sure why. Thoughts?
