16 days late on copper IUD...

I need help ladies. The first day of my last period was March 28. I always run a week late which I've been ok with. Now it's been more than that and a few weeks ago before I was supposed to start my period I was spotting light brown discharge for 2 days then went away. This week I have minor cramping blaorness and very light brown spotting. I haven't taken a test thinking I may get AF soon. What do all of you think can I be pregnant? I have the copper IUD but think it may have moved. At first I was only able to feel one strong and now I can feel both. It also hasn't been a full year since I've had the IUD. And this is the 3rd different time that I've had the IUD.
