Tmi picture! But need help

As you can see this isn't mine. But this is what I get on my period.. I finished my period a week ago and I've been still getting sharp cramps either side,pressure on pelvis and today sore breasts. Day15 of cycle today... I haven't had sex for a month and I was wondering if I can still be pregnant even tho I have had a heavy period and passing clots like these?
