Anyone else? Is this normal!

I'm 34 weeks and I've noticed a strange bulging of my perennial area. I've had the swollen vagina symptom and this is quite different. I went to the rest room and as soon as I was done and went to clean my self I noticed it... It's hard to explain but The labia and all other parts are normal, but bulged out like somethings about to pop out. 😳 I have some pain when I walk or attempt to get up from a seated position. Has anyone else experienced this? If so is it normal?
