If my period was way late last month, is it supposed to come on the right day this month? If so, I'm late again.

Have you taken a pregnancy test? 
You also could have irregular periods.

With my first miracle, mine were on the dot every month, first month I was pregnant and didn't know it my period came and was lighter and easier than usual, the next month I didn't have it at all, and I waited a extra four or five days to test because I didn't want to test either because I was afraid it would be negative as before, best wishes to you, sending prayers 😊
