Help me please🙋🏼🙋🏼

Missed my period now for 2 months and 24 days.Ive typically have my period every other month for the last year. I took 2 cheap pregnancy tests at work and they both said negative. My fiancé noticed my breasts getting larger and I woke up at 4:30 in the morning and at 6 bc I had to pee really bad.My mom mentioned to me that she thinks I'm pregnant but I'm not sure. I have a doc apptmnt tomorrow morning to see what's going on but could any of you maybe give some advice on what you think is going on? Also I'm EXTREMELY HORMONAL and cry at just about anything now which isn't like me much at all. It's kinda embarrassing
